This foundational course is designed for beginners and aspiring hunters seeking essential hunting skills. Learn the fundamentals of ethical hunting, Islamic jurisprudence, wildlife tracking, shot placement, game processing, and more. Our hands-on approach ensures that by the end of the weekend, you’ll confidently understand how to take an animal from the field to the table in a way that honors tradition and sustainability.

• Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) of hunting.

• Hunting ethics & conservation.

• Firearm safety & marksmanship basics.

• Animal behavior & tracking.

• Field dressing & butchering techniques.

• Cooking wild game for a wholesome meal and more!

Those who qualify for the mentored hunt will have the option to choose one of the following dates:

The hunt is scheduled to take place in Woodbridge, VA, God willing.
